GK Series Horizontal Scraper Unloading Centrifugal Machine
[Structure & Operational Principle] After the motor drives the rotary drum at full speed, the feeding
valve automatically opens, the materials enter the rotary, drum
through the feeding pipe. With the help of the rake tooth, the
solid in the suspension liquid sprays even in the rotary drum.
Under the function of the centrifugal force, the liquid phase
passes through the filtering cloth and the filtering holes in the
rotary drum wall and exhausts from the rotary drum. And through the
outlet pipe, the liquid is exhausted out of the machine. With the
thickness of the filtering cakes increasing, the rake tooth
rotates. When the rake tooth rotates to some angle, it touches the
limit switch and cut off the time relay to make the feeding valve
shut and the feeding stops. At the same time, the washing valve
automatically opens, the detergent sprays on the filtering cakes
through the washing pipe. After the filtering cakes are washed
completely, the washing valve closes. The centrifugal machine goes
on dewatering, and then the scraper rotates to scrape the materials
down. The scraped materials are discharged from the machine through
the discharge port.
